What ~£50 2D card?

What's today's equivalent of the FX5200?

I'm interested in a card that will provide better 2D images than an integrated solution, without using system RAM.

Do cards in this sector use Hyper Memory or whatever, where they use system RAM to bolster the card RAM stats like the 6200 did?

Is there a passively cooled card in this sector?

Sorry, I meant for a PCI-E system. Just wondered which was better of the 7300 and X1300 etc.
