Been playing BF2 tonight and was suprised it even ran.I've had to RMA my gfx card and im using a 6200le [passive] :eek: i picked up from a car boot sale for £3 :D

e2140 @ 3ghz and a 6200le good for 7k in 3dmark 01 :cool:
 
Think youself lucky!! :p Last week I bought a 2900 which arrived faulty. Had already sold my old 1900 which turned out to be faulty and needed an RMA as well. Then on Friday my motherboard blew up!

I've had to suffer on my laptop which runs CSS in lowest everything at about 30FPS! :(

thats a bit unlucky, and idea on the cause of the failure? what psu do you have?
 
I've got a Seasonic 500W.. Can see where its gone wrong, one of the chips near the northbridge has bulged slightly and it looks slightly scorched around it. Can hopefully get an RMA tomorrow anyway, at least its under warranty! My 2900 should be back tomorrow as well!
