After plenty of reading and question asking I have finally placed an order (with OCUK). I now realize that I put the wrong graphics card in.

I've raised a thread in the Customer Service forum, what are the chances of getting the rectified do you think?

Give them a call first thing tomorrow morning before they put the order together I'm sure they could do something to sort it

Has it been dispatched yet? They'll allow you to change/cancel it if it hasn't.

It's not for delivery until Wednesday so hopefully that buys a little time. Having said that, I'll try to ring first thing tomorrow.

instead of

MSI ATI Radeon HD 6950 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with FREE DIRT3 Game £205.99

I believe you are legally able to return it if it has not been opened/used. But hopefully you should be able to get in touch before dispatch

If you want to change anything, definitely ring them first thing Monday. I've placed a few orders for specific day's despatch (e.g. ordered Thursday for delivery Tuesday) and without fail this has been ignored and it's been despatched immediately for delivery next day. Not complaining mind, quicker despatch is never a problem just an occasional inconvenience to the neighbours, but don't bank on having until Tuesday to give them a ring.

they should be able to sort you out

Don't worry mate. I ordered a graphics card last Sunday but changed my mind about the model so I gave them a call about 11am (I recommend that you don't oversleep and call them earlier unlike me

) and it was sorted within about 30 seconds.

It's not an upgrade.

The OP just picked the wrong one when they ordered.

They obviously prefer the FrozR III to the Frozr II.

It's got one more "I" in the name.
