Kenny next time you have a problem and need to post please include your full specs. If you open a thread with a blanket statement a ribbing you will get.

Agreed. I was thinking of reasons why one wouldn't get the full performance out of a GPU earlier and remembered that bottlenecks are a thing depending on CPU, etc.
Also would help knowing the exact model of 7900XTX and an idea for the purchasing situation. Recently saw that there's scams going around where cheap 4090s (bought from certain Chinese websites) turn out to be fakes.
