Hi there my stock CPU cooler on a AMD 5200 AM2 is getting a little bit noisy,

any advise for a cheap but half decent cooler (if there is such a thing?) :confused:

Depends what your budget is, but this is good for the money.

Or, you get get the Alpine 64 cooler for less, but it's not as much an upgrade as a quiet replacement.

I'd also suggest the arctic cooling freezer, it's a very good cooler for the price. I know it might not look super great but it performs well.

hmmm, reading about the zalman being a PITA to fit i think i will get the arctic cooling one you mention the reviews state its very quiet and its very cheap!
