What Amp and speakers do i need?

Im looking at the onkyo range, specifically the 876, 607 and 507, as a noob to AV equipment, whats the benefits of the 607 over the 507 or the 876 over both of them?

Im going to be using them for watching films and playing games, i connect PS3/360/Sky/Media player/DVD to both sources, and wtih my little dongle i can display to both TV and projector, so im thinking the 876 isnt worth the extra for the two inputs, but is there other features id be missing out on?

As for speaker packages, im even less clueless, ive been looking at the Kef 2005, 3005SE and the tannoy arena and tannoy arena lite, but again, other than the price, will the 3005se's give me that much more quality than the 2005's?

I live in the top floor of a flat, so i cant have absolutely banging sound, but im looking to improve on my z5500 speakers.

Did a bit of research and it seems the 607 suits my needs, so ive ordered that, and a kef 2005.3, i wanted the 3005se but you have to collect them, kef wont let anyone send them out for some strange reason.

Another £1100 spent, its also being put on easyriders shoulders for getting me interested in home cinema
