What android phone? With a camera to rival that of a Lumia 950

At the moment I am using a Nubia M2, which is an amazing phone for the money. However, I'm always disappointed in the photos it takes compared to my previous phone which was a Microsoft Lumia 950.

Could you recommend an android phone that has a camera to rival that of the Lumia in terms of features (like stabilisation) and the quality it produces? Ideally I'd like something smaller than the M2 as well.

The LG G6 looks to have the form factor I'd like and is relatively decently priced. I certainly wouldn't want to spend much more. However, feedback in the LG G6 thread isn't overwhelmingly positive...

Big fan of pureview phones myself and one of the major pulling factors for Nokia phones and Lumia phones in the past. Sadly the recent Nokia phones don't seem to share the same quality.

An ex-Pureview engineer worked on the Huawei P20 pro,which has similar tech producing really good results. As with the Pixel 2 though this might be more than you're wanting to spend.

You can port the Pixel 2 camera apk to the LG G6 or most snapdragon 835 phones, might make the G6 a better option for you.
