What app to change OSX theme

What apps are there out that I can use to change my safari from a gloomy gray to a different one, Cant seem to find a option in OSX leopard to do it.

there won't be one built-in. I believe shapeshifter is a popular one, but I've never had the slightest bit of interest in changing the theme - I like it!

Yeh it is strange that you cant even change a simple colour, I must say that I'm still unimpressed with OSX apart from iphoto which is great, I'm now finding problems with safari, wont display some pages because of this error The error was: “cannot decode raw data”

mostly ebay, I've searched around and it looks like its a problem with safari and cant seem to find a simple fix, It drives me mad i'm really trying to stick with OSX but find I'm being drawn back to vista more and more
