What apps for OC'ing

After a long spell away from PC....... I'm back.

Building an i7 next week and am going to clock her up to 3.6-3.8.

What apps should i be using to monitor the hardware temps and what should i use these days to stress test her?

Temp monitoring: RealTemp or CoreTemp.

Stress: nothing beats a few days of normal use, but for the sake of speed, use LinX for a quick test, and Prime95 for a longer one.
