what are EZ shared easybits services for windows?

Hi,
Noticed in Zonealarm programs there is a program called

EZ shared easybits services for windows.

Does anyone know what this program is? Should this program be allowed internet access?

Also-should acresso software manager be allowed internet access?

a quick google says it's likely to be some crapware installed by you PC vendor and unlikely to be anything melicious.

Personally I'd remove the exception if you don't know what the software is the chances are you don't want it talking to the WWW besides if something breaks you can always re-add the service.
