I want to order from here but its putting me off that if the monitor is deemed to have back light bleed or dead pixels will they take it back . they was not very good last time around when i bought an ultrawide 6 years ago .

Ive already ordered from somewhere else but thinking of canceling as they have not sent it out yet (5 days ago).. also the other shop is also dearer even though they price match difference within 7 days of ordering .

LG 32GP850 .

Really good, i had a monitor that was DOA and damaged by the driver. Was basically impact on the screen and the box was hammered. Contacted them through the forum CS section, return arranged and a new one sent out as soon as they received the damaged one.

This is not what i mean .. With your case they would have no choice to replace due to damage .. but with light bleed and dead pixels this would be another story and this the reason why i haven't purchased an monitor from here in 6 years . as it does state i would need to pay for the postage back to them .

I've got my price match now any
way so will see how long it takes to arrive.

Ah i see what you mean, in that case you have 14 days to return no questions asked however like you said you will need to pay for the return postage which is fair as its not something thats classed as faulty.
