I have been using 10/14 xspc petg and corresponding fittings up to now since at first that was the only type of pipe available,
but it seems like it is possible to get monsoon petg tubes now in more commmon diameters seem compatible with quite a few fittings that were originally
for acrylic like this ones https://www.overclockers.co.uk/primochill-revolver-compression-fitting-acrylic-tube-13-10mm-grooves-4-pack-black-shiny-wc-198-pm.html

Do you think I should consider switching to the monsoon stuff or just wait for xspc to make stuff ?

whats the reason for switching? doing a new build/adding components?

so I did one build using entirely all xspc fitting / pipe and silver / black misc fitting, turned out quite well

started making a new system and sort of knew what I wanted it to look like
but had trouble getting the right parts ( wanted clear supremacy evo waterblock, this one is from an old system ), also now that I have put it together and seen how the lighting looks im reconsidering the colour scheme

I've just put together whatever I had or could get to get it working at this point.
At the moment when its turned on you can barely see any of the fittings or pipework or the red theme of the motherboard,
you mainly just see the blue LEDs on the cpu and reservoir and the white leds on the DDR4 and the fury x if it is turned on

I'm doing a build now with them Primochill Revolver fittings and monsoon PETG now. I've never used any other acrylic but the fittings are better than any other soft tube fittings I've used.

I personally don't like XSPC fittings after using them in a soft tube build.

yeah for the soft tube I have a lot of these ones from xspc but I dont like them

I forgot exactly which ones but I have some which are similar to this which look a lot better https://www.overclockers.co.uk/bitspower-true-silver-compression-fitting-cc6-for-id-7-16-od-5-8-16-11mm-tube-wc-279-bp.html

Havent had any problems with the xspc petg stuff, just availability,
I have an order which is over 2 monthes, everytime I check most
of the things are out of stock, I switched to free shipping so I could order less things at a time to avoid this problem in future

I have a feeling that xspc made their tubes 10/14 rather than 10/13 so it would lock you into only being able to use their specific fittings with it
