I've got the Samsung Odysey Neo G7 which has great colours and performance, but did have issues with really long time to initialize on boot so I'd be hesitant to recommend it as the best mini led.

I did eventually resolve the issue randomly with an Amazon Basics DP cable of all things but it annoyed me for well over a year.

Depends exactly what you mean by "best", but the so-called 'IPS Black' panels probably make for some of the best IPS monitors right now. Check out Dell's site.
