Hi guys
What are the dimensions for the correct O Ring for EK-HDC Fitting 12mm G1/4 the fittings for hardline PTEG tube

No idea but if I get 2 minutes to myself tonight I'll go measure one for you.

At a guess I'd say 12mm ID with a 1.5mm cross section, so that'll make it 15mm OD.

Thanks for the reply, all I can say is you have confused me more than I was before

Why for example are O rings not sold to on OC as a kit?

It took me 30 seconds to find this by Googling "O ring for EK-HDC Fitting 12mm". EK sell them as a kit (out of stock) but they list them as being 12.1x1.6mm.

How so? The o ring slips over 12mm OD tube and is a very snug fit, so it has to be operationally as close to 12mm ID as possible. The thickness (cross section) of the o ring is pretty chunky so that was an educated guess mentally comparing it to the o rings I recently bought for my custom DDC top.

I tried google so many times but yes you are right if I search on EK web site they do come up as out of stock

All I have to do now is find a supplier that does have stock, if you know of one please reply with the web link

There's plenty on fleabay. In fact, the supplier I got my DDC top o rings from have a bag of 100 nitrile 12.1mm x 1.6mm o rings for £6.

Shop is called sealsuppliesuk

Good good. I did see your original message and was about to say a link probably counts as a competitor, so I'm glad you found it.
thanks again though I was struggling to find the correct size and even though I had already tried to use Google I was finding it hard to get the correct information
