What are the legal implications of storing user data on my server?

Im developing a game which stores high scores on my server. Is there any legal stuff (disclaimer, license agreement etc.) I need to include in the game to protect myself from any lawsuits? Obviously this is very unlikely to occur but better safe than sorry. Not much is stored, only the user's name, the track, score and a UID assigned to their device.
