Hi All sorry for another thread about this ..but i have been reading loads of info on the net about Burn IN on Plasma T.V,s & from what i,ve read it seems to come down to 2 main factors which can cause it playing a lot of games and pausing them for to long or pausing a DVD or Blu Ray film for more than 20 minutes am i right ?

I thought all you had to do with a plasma is reduce the brightness a bit and be careful for the first few weeks of usage with pausing images or having programs with static logos such as the football scores during a match.

I have never owned a plasma, but afaik screen burn is very much a thing of the past.

yeah this is what i have been reading in reviews about Plasma screens they seem to say the new panels are better equipt to deal with burn In and its far less likely to happen today than say 5 years ago :)

My Panny plasma is well over 5 years old and has never had any issues with burn in. Really not sure why you are so worried about this, it really isn't an issue at all.
