What are the nominal casX subtimings?

I'm trying to find a reference somewhere for what the subtimings at various cas values are supposed to be. Say, cas8 is normally 8-8-8-24-2t but most of the subtimings I've set to auto. I have a sense that these should be changed, mainly because the option is there, and I can use google to find out what each option is and roughly how they interact. However I can't find out what the settings are meant to be, assuming this is a valid concept.

Can anyone guess what I'm actually looking for and point me in the right direction?
 
Definitely interested. I didn't know the timings were a function of frequency, that makes things a bit more exciting. I'd be most interested in ddr3 triple channel 1333mhz as this is pretty close to what I'm running.

However if you happen to have a source available, datasheet/whitepaper/other which has many numbers on I'd be thrilled. With the intended subtimings at a range of frequencies I can interpolate for nonstandard frequencies like 1200mhz, it would be hours of happy analysis :D
