What are the Pros & Cons ?

Assuming your mobo has an onboard network card, one should pretty much take the place of the other (except one connects via USB and one uses ethernet).

Ok thanks this is my motherboard does it have an onboard network card ?
ASUS P5N-E SLI, NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI, Quad-Core ready, DDR2 800
