Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I'll ask anyway. A friend of mine would like me to set up an Amazon Prime free trail on his behalf, since he can't access it where he lives (to get the free Warframe items). I do currently use Amazon Prime but it is not my account and I am concerned that if I do this I will be unable to use a free trail for myself in the future as there has the be some restrictions preventing people from just creating new accounts every month. I am also concerned that it might caused issues with the account I am using.

So what are the restriction on the Amazon Prime free trail? Is it ip based, machine based?

Dear OCUK, help me defraud Amazon.

I'm sure someone can help, but the question is whether they can do it before this thread gets locked... Tick tock...

I'm not RTM'ing you, so you've got a fighting change.

The only restriction is one trial per account. you can register a new account with another email address and use the same debit card on the account to register for the Prime trial, Amazon seem to turn a blind eye. Probably just happy to have you spending money with them if you sign up just to get a few free deliveries :)

Where is all this defrauding rubbish coming from. He’s setting up 2 accounts in different names and is entitled to a free trial on each. Nothing fraudulent about that at all.

I think it’s user based. My brothers got a free trial on the machine I have used for a free trial before.

There’s no restriction other than it needs to be a different email address. I’ve been using amazon prime for about 18 months now and I’ve never paid for it, I just open new accounts and use the free trial.

As soon as you set up the prime trial, go into the prime settings and turn off continue prime once the trial is over. You still get the 30 day trial, and you don’t have to remember to go in at a later date to turn it off.

Blimey all the hassle just to save 80 notes a year, a bit skinflinty if you ask me, let's change your name to scrooge.
