What are these bugs?

I have these tiny white bugs in my room, i had them last year and now they are back again.

The room was steamed only 4-5 months ago, so whatever they are they came back easy.I notice them when i pick up my psp, or camera from my windowsil.. they arent bedbugs cos these things are too small, what can they be? they are like little mites..

how can i get rid of them ? :(, if anyone has good advice or a forum you know i can visit let me know.. if its not enough info i can try getting a pic, but their tiny.

they really dont appear to be booklice or silverfish.

I have seen silverfish in the bathroom before but the things in my room seem to only grow so big, like about quarter of a grain of rice roughly.

I'll gladly get a picture but everytime i try my camcorder goes blurry, i dont think it has macro mode.

They do seem to be some type of lice because i seen one on the window and it looked like it had 2 little hairs at the back.. somewhat like a silverfish

can someone please advise? the damn things are even on my wallpaper..

is there any bug bombs i can buy online? i dont feel comfortable sleeping in the room.. maybe they are coming from the crack in the wood by the window?
