What are these called - Port extenders?

A good example of what I'm on about is on this block -

The little block on the top that extends the intlet and outlet over the top so you can fit tubes on either side. Looking to buy a 7850 block but the inlet and outlet are on the bottom, In a Bitfenix prodigy that means the tubing will be hitting the window.

Can you buy these separately?

Hopefully this makes sense outside of my mind

Those blocks have ports all over the place, top, sides, front and bottom.

Aqua computer seem to refer to them as 'connection terminals', which seems a fair description!

e.g.
"The cooler is manufactured out of copper with a stainless steel cover, the connection terminal is made of Delrin. We recommend straight plug&cool connectors as fittings."
