What are these called?

As per title, what are those things called? I need them for doing cable management on my case. I wonder if they've got it in B&Q as I might nip in before I go home as it's just across uni.

A quick google found it to be a zip tie anchor, although that's the American term.

Anyone know?

They are cable tie bases as above, get them from here.
