What are these plugs called and where can I get them?

Remember, don't tell me if it's a competitor, but I'm after some of these plugs:

I already have the adaptor, I just need a plug that fits in the acer aspire one.

I've already checked and my power pack is the right voltage (19v) but the only problem is that none of the plugs came with actually fit.

I've got a multimeter so I can check the polarity is correct, so that's not a problem.

I'll try the place you mentioned, but if I were you, I'd edit out the name, as you'll probably get suspended if the mods are bad mood!

EDIT: The plugs I'm after have 2 metal prongs coming out of them, instead of a normal solder mount method...

your gonna have a hard time finding exactly those i expect, but laptop power plug tips, or something might be a worthy search.

if i were you, i would take the laptop to a high street store that sells electrical components, find any plug that fits and get a soldering iron and some solder and some shrink wrap+tape (or liquid electrical tape) then solder the adapters wires directly to the new, fitting, plug. should be possible even with no previous experience- just spend 5 mins googleing for a guide if needed.

Soldering is not a problem, I've built things like audio amps in the past, and already have the gear. I wanted to go for pronged plug as the adaptor I have works in more than one laptop - It's a car charger type adaptor.

I do plan on bringing my laptop in the shop tho, and seeing if they actually have a plug that fits.

I wouldnt bet on it. I have been looking for a 5.5mm x 1.5mm plug, and they only exist in multi power adapters. Cannot find them anywhere! To fit an Acer laptop.

They can be found, I have one here in use on my Acer Aspire ONE but posting where I got it from would be a violation of the T&C I'm afraid.

No problem, I don't want anyone to mention a competitor and get a holiday. Can you at least tell me which size plug you ordered or even a model number? I'm pretty sure all acer aspire ones use the same power plug...
