What are these things for?

Stupid question but didn't know where else to post - So, I got a little enthusiastic when I was building my PC, and opened up all my boxes and made a mess. All done now but I have four of these little rubber things left over. What are they for???

That's my parts list. Fairly sure they're not from the CPU, CPU Cooler, RAM, GPU, SSD, HDD or HF-14.

They do come with the HF-14, to allow it to fit a 120mm fan mount
