What are these tubes?

Hi everyone, saw this picture a little while ago and have been searching around, just wondering if these tubes are normal tubes they have been conditioned in a way that makes them straight or if they are actually hard tubing?

They're rigid acrylic tubing.

You need to heat them and bend them to the shape you need to fit.

they are chromed EK backplates, not sure on the blocks themselves.
