What are these type of PC cases called?

It mentions it in the review

It's a HTPC case (although in a tower form factor, so it's more of a hybrid between a full tower and a HTPC case).

However, if you want a tall case, you should be looking in the full tower cases section which is where it would more then likely fall rather then in the HTPC case section.

My question is why does your case have to be really tall?
