The little anti vibration dampers you get with screws to stop fans vibrating? The round ring things? I need to buy a dozen of them for various fans but I don't know exactly what to search/ask for lol.

Hey, rubber washers will not eliminate vibrations - they just will not "move" vibrations further, to the casing ... partially, of course (depends on personal ear, lol). If fan vibrations are so strong - maybe it's high time to replace fans to some branded ones ?

I've got official Corsair 120 SPs and AFs and I'm looking to get rid of as much vibration as I can manage. Not that there is a lot of vibration from the SP and AFs but every little helps.
