What are you reading in this time of isolation - the OcUK Book Club

Going for non fiction for a change.

Read Kim Darroch (British ambassador to USA, famously had his cabals leaked and PM candidate Boris Johnson refused to give his support)‘s autobiography. I never read autobiographies but this was interesting, funny and insightful.

Now reading ‘Entangled Life - how fungi make our worlds, change our minds and shape our future’ by Merlin Sheldrake. Title says it all, it’s absolutely fascinating. I got put onto it when Radio4 read a passage about zombie ants. Highly recommended!
 
Wheel of Time book 7. As much as I enjoy the world and some of the characters, it's so long-winded and repetitive. Only 7 more and a prequel to go...

I've been doing the audiobooks on my daily walks over the past couple of months, I'm halfway through book 4 at the moment, seems less long this way.
 
The Three Body Problem.
Third of the way through and its still building.
I think its a trilogy too and the astrophysics parts help me go to sleep.
