As is illustrated in the title, what are you running at idle / load.

What case / cooling / spec ?

I have awesome cooling when you consider i have an £11 Z-Alien case.

Case: Z-Alien Black

Cooling: 2 x 90mm Side Exhaust Fans, Zalman CNPS500 ( or similar ) AM2 Cpu Cooler, 8800GT Fan @ 60%

Temps;

Idle

24 degrees @ CPU ( AM2 X2 5000+ 2.6Ghz )
27 degrees @ system
39 degrees @ 8800GT OC 512MB

Load

33 degrees @ CPU ( AM2 X2 5000+ 2.6Ghz )
35 degrees @ system
50 degrees @ 8800GT OC 512MB

On the Modded Vapochill XEII -7ºc idle, 5ºc load.

On the stock cooler (ie when I cba with the mess or noise of the vapo) - 37ºc idle, 50ºc load.

PC room is quite hot generally, probably never under 25c.

Sys: e6400, P180b, 8800gts 512. Everything is at stock, very low RPM/silent mode (cpu about 600 RPM, no idea what GTS is running at but I can't hear it at all). 3x 120mm case fans running at 5v.

Cooling: Custom waterchiller and single stage phase

CPU idle: Condensor @ -60c stock, -55c with 1.8v
CPU Quad core 1.8v 4.8Ghz ish depending on bench @ -35c load
Chipset: as low as -2c, 8c load.
Southbridge: 28c
System: 30c
Volt modded 8800GTX: -2c, 8c load
Ambient: c18c
