1. Doodle Jump (if you don't have this already, I advise against downloading it as it will ruin your life because it is so addictive.)

Geodefense Swarm - far too addictive

Plants vs. Zombies - fun, excellent sense of humour

Harbour Master - like Flight Control but even better

Doodle Jump - Stupid but I can't help but love it

1. Ragdoll Blaster - completed it many many times but keep coming back to it
2. IMDB - A lot easier than firing up Safari
3. Flight Control - Nice and Addictive
4. Skype - Very handy to use the iPhone as a free phone when overseas
5. Cleartune - Best guitar tuner out there

Currently in no special order:

1. Angry Birds - Fun little game and a lot of levels.

2. GTA - Need I say more?

3. Minigore - Awesome survival game. Love the gameplay, characters, everything.

4. Best Camera / Colorsplash - Two apps in joint place here and both are highly recommended, especially best camera, an easy way to take, edit and share great snaps. :cool:

5. Sky + Record - After getting a Sky ID setup, it was a breeze. Amazing app and its really useful.

EDIT: oh yeah and tweetie is a great app - somehow forgot to include it in the list!
Runner up - Plants vs Zombies (haven't got much gameplay time done with it yet)
