What barb size do i need?

I have a reservator xt cooling an i7 920. Now i want to add my 4870x2 to the loop. I am going to buy the Nickel EK block but i am not sure what barbs to buy. I think the tubing i have at the moment is either 3/8 or 7/16 but i might not be right. Any help would be appreciated

XT uses 3/8, 3/8 will fit the quick connectors

i7 and 4870x2 on a Reservator XT - sound like top much heat load especially if you use a full cover block and kill the flow rate.
