what best to buy?

looking to upgrade my MB from a abit I-n73hd to a ABIT FP-IN9 SLI LGA 775 Motherboard. mainly looking for the sli mode. would this be a good choice to go with q6600 and 2x8800gtx's with 4gb of ocz 6400 mem all clocked nicely.

in a word, no.

You will only get dual x8 PCI-E when in SLI & I imagine that 8800GTX may be slightly constrained.
650i isn't a good chipset for overclocking quads -you'll probably get low to middle 300s fsb when your CPU would most likely be capable of considerably more.
