What bike for a giant at 6ft 8?

Hi Guys

I've been taking driving lessons with a view to get a family car if I can afford it, I hope I can't as I'm then able to get a Bike instead however I'm not sure what to get being so tall, only bikes I'm not really keen on are the big tourer types like bmw's Ive seen

So what do you suggest?

really liking the look of a lot of these bikes, really like the Kawasaki Versys at the moment... but will only have a maximum budget of £2000 so am not too hopefull on that one

Having said that and despite a few suggestions already in this thread, what are you actually going to be using the bike for?. Daily transport?. Occasional commute?. Weekend toy?. Would help to know in order to narrow down the suggestions.

Sorry for the delay in replying, having fun dealing with Sky at the moment trying to get it back up....

It's generally going to be an all rounder, used for getting around evenings and weekends, eventually commuting but also for long journeys, Liverpool to Glascow, Liverpool to Poole etc to see friends and family
