Hi,
Just purchased the GA-EX58-UD5 but read it doesn't support the D0 stepping till BIOS version F5 or later. Just had this problem with the ASUS P6T SE which I've had to send back as I can't get it to POST with my 920 D0 due to an old BIOS me thinks.
So does anyone know what BIOS current GA-EX58-UD5's ship with?

Thanks.

I bought one last week that came with F7, you may get an older version though if the store you buy it from have had stock in the warehouse for a while.

I got one in January, with F3, which was a stand in for a faulty Asus MB, I put in a few weeks ago an Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping.
It booted fine while I upgraded to the latest one the F7. And now working great, the BIOS number will show on boot up, but have the F7 downloaded just in case.

My first board came shipped with F4, but my newest one had F7 installed..

I love my UD5's, they are brilliant mobos, and they compliment the D0 i920 quite nicely as well..

Gigabyte told me that I would need to have installed a C0 stepping processor with my first board that shipped with F4 BIOS and then flash the BIOS to at least F5 before it would recognize my D0 stepping i920, but I ingnored their advice and went ahead and tried installing the D0 processor with the F4 BIOS and it worked perfectly...

I have tried loads of different BIOS'es for my board, all official ones from F4 upto F7, and I have tried various beta BIOS'es as well, and I have to say that F7 has been by far the best one...

Thanks for the info. I'll be sticking with F7, its stable, works perfectly and I'm having no performance issues :)
