What blog?

As it says on the tin really.

I'm thinking of starting a blog of some of my hobbies etc and might look to integrate it into my Facebook with a standard app. Catch is I've never written blog before so rather than tart about too much I thought I'd ask for advice.
I don't have a webpage at the moment although I have a domain name.

For blogging Wordpress is the best place to look.
