What broadband provider do you have/suggest

Hi guys, with many ISP's constrantly changing and updating their packages I was looking at some now on offer and wondered what ISP you have and why? And at the same time maybe suggest one for me.

Currently im with Plus.net 2mb unlimited (well not exactly when you read the small print ) and seems good until recently they introduced their "acceptable usage policy" which so far i have not breached the level of acceptable use but i find myself using their News servers a lot which do impose a cap on you

So what do you have / might you suggest that meets a similar par as plus.net of 2mb uncapped for £25 (ish) p/m with news server availablilty and preferably a static IP
