Hey all,

We haven't had a poll like this for a few months :p

I'm just curious to see what browser everyone is using on their macs.

I've been using Chrome for ages now, however it's been lagging recently and when I have tried the same page in Safari it's running a lot better, so I'm wondering if it's time to return to Safari or not...

Thanks :)

Marky

Ooo yeah sorry I forgot :p

- Safari
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Opera
- Other (Please Specify...)
- Internet Explorer (Hah I kid :p)

Many thanks Feek :)

Chromium all the way. I tried to switch to Safari but there's no Omnibar. Had to install an extension to get round that but the biggest thing that stops me is no middle click to open urls in new tabs and close opened tabs.

Chrome on the MBP and Firefox at work as Chrome is not allowed (actually FF isn't either but I managed to install it anyway).

Chrome, it's an awesome browser. Fast, works well with gestures, brilliant app home page and great search/address bar. Before this I was a long-time Firefox user, and have tried Safari.

However Firefox does have a far better range of add-ons. Also the ad-blockers pale in comparison to FF & AdBlock+. So I have an installation of FF on OSX for that reason.

chrome

safaris poo. i started using it again for the swipe gestures when lion came but when my magic mouse broke i went back to chrome

Safari for me, I've never felt the need to change to anything else. I like how it does full screen, especially now I added a top sites button to always be visible.

Is it possible to make the normal bookmark bar visible permanently during full screen?

safari for me, ease of use with all my bookmarks going to all my other apple kit i tried to get along with firefox but i just couldn't when i switched as thats what i used before.
