What budget 24" Height Adjustable monitor

I'm after a sub £150 24" monitor that favours image quality over having a 100Hz + refresh rate, but having 75Hz over 60Hz would be nice. It needs to be height adjustable. There seem to be loads of choices all with incomprehensible model numbers.

Any recommendations?
