What burning/movie program to do this

A workmate has just come back from honeymoon with 4 movies that he needs to put on 1 disc.

He has used a camcorder that writes direct to dvdr and now has 4, 20 minute discs that he would like on one.

What software would you reccomend to do this? Maybe something that can add a basic menu screen?

Any advice appreciated

Nerovision which comes with Nero would do it, and is pretty simple to use.

Pinnacle Studio is another to consider. Download the trial version and have a fiddle, it's very intuitive to use.

Cheers guys, will take a look at nero, it looks pretty foolproof, which is what I need
