What cable comb size for Cablemod cables?

As per title, I have cablemod cables on my V1000 PSU and a crossfire set up, really want to tidy that up with some cable combs, but what combs and what size?

I plan on running individual 6 pin cables x4 to the GPU's, plus the motherboard cables, 8pin and 24 pin.

I have Cablemod cables for an EVGA, and I found I needed the 2mm ones. Unfortunately OcUK don't stock them.

Just had same issue and I measured them at 2.4mm. They are really small!
