What cable do I need? Please help!

My new PC arrives tomorrow and I'm going to be using a wired connection for once in my life. My virgin media router/modem is downstairs and I need a cable which will inside it which will connect into my PC upstairs.

Can someone link me to a efficient cable which will do this for me? I think I need at least 30m long.

If you want to run it through walls either drill bigger holes for the connectors or you could remove connector and terminate a new one with the right tools for a few quid. If you want to remove the connector you might want to think more towards the Cat5e version as they are easier.
