I listed a phone, on Buy It Now, but it was purcahsed by a 0-Feedback bidder who had just registered the same day. As many of you who have tried to sell a phone know, this is a common practice by people just out to be a nuisance. What course of action can I take to relist my item ASAP, I know a nonpaying buyer form makes you wait 7 days, but it is clear that this is not a genuine bidder.

Advice appreciated.

Thanks:)

I dont think you can relist until the form has went through and you have got your money back for the original auction. Your best bet would just be to create a new auction and copy all the info from the existing one. Once the claim goes through for the existing auction you will be refunded those costs and everything will be normal. Until some other irratating 0 feedback person comes along and bids. I am sure you can put a restriction on how many feedback someone needs before they can bid though

Is it possible to restrict the auction to bidders of a certain feedback? To my knowledge you are only able to exclude bidders with -1 or -2 feedback.

yep you can restrict to feedback and country etc things like that, also report it to ebay asap as they will then give you listing fee back and you can relist asap. had to do this about 5 times when i sold a phone on ebay, wont be doing it again.

Managed to relist it with some more restrictions. Didnt set it to immediate payment via paypal as Im giving the option for collection.

@ Fireskull, how can i report it to ebay ASAP, is there away around this 7day thing?
