What can I clean my CPU with?

Hi all got my new Freezer 7 Pro coming tomorrow, and was wondering what the best stuff to clean my CPU with is? I remember reading something about Isopropyl alcohol, but problem is it's coming tomorrow and I dunno if I'll be able to get it in time (plus i'm impatient

) Is there anything around the house that I can use?

Also I'm sure it does but, does the freezer 7 come with its own AS? I have some AS left over but it's AS3 (bought over 3 years ago, lol)

can anyone confirm that the Arctic Freezer 7 comes with just a generic thermal pad or does it come with its own thermal paste?

Thanks for all your help guys, lets see if I can push this memory and CPU a bit further

And lets hope these temps get reduced! 54°C @ idle is a bit hot methinks :eek:
