What can I do about this company?

A website which I signed up to made the mistake of revealing everybodies email on the mailing list to all the recipients, and ever since then I have been receiving spam emails from people who obviously think its funny to abuse this.

Is there anything I can do towards this company, as one of the terms on signing up is that no information will be shared with any 3rd parties.

Yes. Because they should make sure they don't make mistakes like this.

Yes - get with all the other people on the mailing list and take the company to court.
All of you may walk out with £10 - £20 in your pocket as part of the settlement.
Your lawyer on the other hand will be the only one who makes any kind of money on the deal.

Alternatively you could view it as the mistake it most likely was and move on.
