what can i do to a workmates pc while he is away?

It annoys the hell out of me when people sit at my desk (why?!) and use my docking station for their laptop when I'm not there (and hence move my keyboard, mouse & 2nd monitor around)...... :mad:

Depends if you're trying to wind him up or just annoy him?!!
 
Put sellotape across his optical sensor on the underbelly of his mouse, unplug the mouse and hide it.

He'll come back and think "haha very funny, nice joke but I found it."

When he plugs it back in he'll be like, "oops, not in properly"

Then he'll be like "Must need a reboot"

Then after that he'll be like " :'( "
 
Remove his SHIFT key, stick a bit of blue tack on to the pad underneath to keep the key held down, then replace his shift key.

much caps lock madness :)
 
I just tried sellotape on my mouse, and it still worked. :eek::D

Just plain, clear, sellotape.

As for a prank, just go into the BIOS and disable all IDE and SATA controllers. :cool:
 
If you have an old keyboard that looks like his, nuture some plant life in the old one. ;)

The tape didn't work on mine. It felt exactly the same...
