...2 frozen salmon fillets, potato, red onion, chives, green chillies, tomato purée, margarine, rice (or cous cous), garlic, Greek yoghurt and lots of random spices.

[edit]Just found some cherry tomatoes and baby carrots in the freezer also!

Need to feed the biatch after a hard days work tonight - any ideas please?

Defrosted the Salmon earlier and it smelt like dirty fanny... the vacuum packing had been breached

However, thank you Invader for the only good suggestion of the bunch

I shall try it another day!!
