What can i play on this laptop?

Got a good chance of playing Oblivion, FO3/NV on decent settings with that.
Original Deus Ex with mods
Most Bioware games up to, and possibly including, Mass Effect/DA:O.
I played all of these on an inferior laptop before, on decent settings.
Edit- I had more RAM, which might make a slight difference, though it was still a 32-bit OS.

No way dude! I can't play Oblivion on my 8600M GT without mad frame drops.
If your laptop can run them and you.like these sorts of games then that's you sorted for a fair few weeks at least!
Maybe runescape? Minecraft?
My laptop had a 2ghz core duo, with an intel onboard gpu and whilst it was hardly the best settings, it was playable. Draw distance was the thing I had to compromise on....I used to take it to work and play Oblivion and Fallout 3
Dragon Age was barely playable, and there was a setting that made the game look quite horrible tbh, can't remember what it was, but I put up with it.

not a city builder game, but this will work on your laptop. It is a free version open source remake of transport tycoon deluxe.
