What can I upgrade?

Hey guys I was wondering will there be anything huge coming within the next 12 months? Aside from Pascal ?
Below are my specs and wondering if these will still be top spec come 12 months? I will be upgrading the 980s to what ever the top nvdia card is going to be. Aside from GPUs will this last me 12 months?

Overclock the CPU, turn off the turbo and you should be able to get 4.6 on air

Considering trying to get it to 4.6 never actually OC before tho.

No idea when the next CPU is coming to replace skylake.

The only thing that is coming is Broadwell_E for X99.

Not looked into it, I just know Broadwell-E is coming very very soon and there will be 10 core version with Hyperthreading.

Sounds good I do remember reading up about it but nothing about a 6700k replacement.

About the only thing there worth upgrading is the speakers. You could get a nice DAC like an Audioquest Dragonfly and a really nice 2.1 set either powered or running off an amp. The Totem KIN 2.1 will blow your mind clear across the room and it'll bounce off the back wall and land back in your head. Pick up a 100W amp with LFE out to run it and feed the amp from the Dragonfly DAC. Yamaha makes a good quality cheap amp. You want an amp, not an AVR. There are amps by Yamaha that have very good built in DACs (omitting the need for the Dragonfly. Just run USB into the amplifier) and those are about $1000 US.
