What can scammers do with this information

I got a call from Payment Protection Something. They wanted to send me forms for PPI, apparently. They know my Date of Birth, who I bank with and a 6 year old address. I didn't give them my current address

What can they do with that information?

They can send birthday cards to your old address, maybe a birthday cake too with the HSBC logo.

Depends how many other pieces of information they can put together.

There have been cases where someone goes to a bank with minimal details and a derpy bank clark just hands over access.

Move, change your name, and get your DOB changed by Deed Poll.
