The lights, body bulges and vague shape are reminiscent of the 'Vette Z06 IMO. Though it'd have had to have had a lot of work if thats the case.

I thought it was a Melling Hellcat but its a million miles off.

Wheels and rear look very Elise shaped and it looks Elise sized... but I dunny why you would do that to an Elise. Just looks like a Kit Car to me.
